The recent court judgment by the High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos that ruled in favour of the Local Government averse FG, intense of whose constitutional right it is to conduct Court marriage, has raised dust that is yet to settle in some quarters. However, we are yet to get to the bottom of this matter. Over the past years, it has always been a cold war between these two heavy elephants.
